Who can Apply?
Requirements specific for SAA alumni campaign:
- You hold a Bachelor Degree (Laurea di primo livello)
- You completed your MBA at SAA (if not yet, please contact hosa@q.institute to assess whether you can apply at your current level of advancement)
Prior credit recognition explainer
Malta further and Higher Education Authority allows the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for up to 50% total credits of a program (see here).
RPL can cover different types of learning, such as previous studies or learning on the job (eg. competences acquired during the career).
For most SAA former students, we focus only on credit transfer from the SAA’s MBA to the GMiM. Shall an applicant be willing to explore further RPL options, we can discuss the case at the individual level (write to hosa@q.institute).
To check your elegibility, complete the form
To obtain the recognition of your prior learning at SAA, you need to provide:
- RPL claim form: please fill it out at the following link
- While completing the form, you may want to read the RPL form filling guidelines, which are specifically written to guide applicants from SAA: here
- Once you have completed your RPL claim form, please send your supporting documents to rpl@q.institute, as indicated in the guidelines above. As supporting documents we ask the academic transcript of your courses at SAA (we may ask you syllabi of courses, if we do not have them already).
What happens after you submit your claim form and supporting documents
You will be contacted by Q.Institute with a feedback about your eligibility and admission; you will receive a personalised study plan, indicating the compulsory exams to pass and the specializations option (i.e. choice of elective courses).
